With the project of dealing with cattle manure, we research and develop a complete production equipment of organic fertilizer. Products including blender, plie turner, screener and automatic packing machine. This equipment use the windrow composting fermentation technology, widely used in fermentation treatment of livestock manure, domestic waste and sludge. The biggest advantage is fast compost maturity and short fermentation period. It will become high quality about 15 to 18 days. The biggest advantage of pile turner is good comminution and oxygenation capacity, so as to promote the microbial propagation and fast water evaporation. To compared with similar products at home and abroad, the efficiency of the pile turner improved 10%. It is the most advanced pile turner equipment.
